Still think SC stands for Super Carrera?
Page 47 of the May issue of Road and Track shops the new Boxster couple. The script on the back says "Boxster SC".

Since the translation needs to be from Spanish to English, here goes>
S----Superior --- Superior C----Carrera ---- Road race SC = Superior road racer.

It was, and always will be, Super Carrera.
I'm sure there is a design study out there somewhere where they put that full script on the back and said "hated it!!" So SC it is...

If we're going to keep arguing the same things over and over, then SC should stand for "Sub-intellectual Controversy"

Just remember that everyone's all-time favorite 911, the 73 Carrera RS, was officiallya 911 SC.
