Porsche Crest

... $10K - $12K ... several times, on eBay ...

If you look past the misrepresentation that it is a 911 ... and no pics of the engine ... and the sorry, blurry, generic, 'distant' pics of the exterior ...

Looks like a very questionable car ... a 912E with mods 'thrown' together from who=knows-wher, including lowball engine supplier, Vertex, with a claim of 300 hp!!! I wouldn't give much credence to any of the claims in the ad!

Looks like the car has gone thru several 'iterations' ... on the way to eBay!!! And, I suspect to see it several more times on eBay, too!

300 HP from a street 3.2 sounds awfully optomistic to me.

300hp... okaaaay.
How is a turbo bodied car with a non-turbo a "stealth racer"? More like the opposite I would think- all show & no go?

Did someone say '912E'? Fender, where are you?

Well let me jump in here with a dissenting opinion. From the pics it looks like a well done turbo body conversion. Interior from what I can see looks good. If it really has a 3.2 that is in decent condition, someone may get a good deal. If the car is trouble free I suggest it is easily worth $10,000

The engine, driveline, exhaust and wheels would have to be worth the current bid would'nt they?
