Who has the best fiberglass rear bumper

Where can I find a good glass rear bumper without spending over $400. GT? MA Shaw? RennSport? A Ruf copy with the slots cut would be nice. I think some of these guys are out of line with their prices. If you have any experience with this let me know.
Thanks, Ben

89 911, Thanks. I have one just like it; trying to lose the bellows and a few pounds.

I'm happy with mine (IROC) from Peter at Rennspeed Motorsports ( www.rennspd.com ) $250.00. I can weight it if you like.

Bill, do you have any sort of heat shield between your bumper and muffler? How about brackets for mounting; similiar to the stock set up? I have MA's Ruf front bumper and I am most likely going to go with their rear.
Thanks, Ben

I have heard great things about MA Shaw's bumpers. I understand that they fit up extremely well. Rdane has this setup and it looks fantastic. He did fabricate a heat shield, because the bumper was getting too hot.

What is the weight difference between a stock rear and a fiberglass bumper? I'm on a strict dollar to pound ratio here.

I think the cheapest thing to do per unit wt. savings is to get the Euro crush tubes and toss the US version bumper shocks.

But I have not done that - I solved the bumper wt. problem by selling my '75 and getting a '73....
