Thanks for the help/opinions guys - especially Eric for the fine photo-shop work.
I'm 99% sold on the purple stripe/wheels. Next weekend begins the task of stripping the present livery. |
Anybody done the stripe on a Targa?
|
Eric - any chance of one more? whilst i'm 99% sold on the purple i neglected to consider orange
|
OK, but any more and I will have to start charging you, hehe :D

Hmmm, maybe a good thing you mentioned it. I think it's my favorite version so far!
|
that black and orange looks bit$&in!!!! i would go with that definately
|
many thanks eric - i agree the orange looks good but it may be because the car looks a lot blacker in the pic than in real life (in which it is midnight blue which is dark but with purplish hues in the sun)
i'm now confused - i think i'll just get some sample vinyl and sit it on the car |
Ryan,
One of the Kremer RSRs from '73 was black with orange Fuchs, bumpers, and 'Kremer' door decals. It looked pretty good. |
I have an 911 & Porsche World article on that car Matt - its pretty cool. I will see if I can dig it out and post a pic.
|
Ryan,
I might beat you to it. |
|
I love black with orange:D
