Wide Band Oxygen Sensor and Weber Carbs

Does it make sense to use one of the wide band oxygen sensors to diagnose a car with Webers.

I am thinking of buying a sensor and test fixture from Innovate Motorsports.

I have a flat spot that I am having trouble eliminating.

Is there a delay in sensing.

Will the test fixture work with the Monty exhaust?

I have been tuning with the Innovative product the last couple of days. It is quite fast, but of course depends on the location of sensor. I would think that a tail pipe sniffer would slow things down a little. To help compensate you could use a higher gear to do the pull and this would narrow down the rpm range. You can tie in upto 5 aux channels including RPM and then record this to compare later. I'm still tuning, but has substantially improved things already, since I was going 11:1 on top end.

Easy to use, reasonably affordable, yet short of a chassis dyno. Then again you can retest it for free each additional time on the road or track.

I'm using bung, not the tail pipe sniffer which had been sold out for sometime this winter. Good luck.
