i bought a window regulator that was supposed to fit a 1975 but it is completely different...so i want to sell it but would like to know what it fits
the part number is: 911-542-929-42
can anyone help?

PET shows it as a left regulator for `78 to `83 Targas.

the original regulator has rectangular nylon window slides and this one has round ones...this one also uses a different type of lift that requires 2 additional bolts to hold it to the door, may have required some customizing to make it work...the originalwas missing one of the rectangular slides so we made one for it....so all is well....
