Screw v. Gunsten

I wonder if you guys with the gas analyzers can tell me:

In the range in which we are usually setting our cars (+/- 1 to +/- 3.5%) how many % are represented by 1 complete turn of the CIS mixing screw?

Thanks

Paul

Way too much. I was able to get 2% change by a 1/8 to 1/4 of a turn. But, your case will vary. That is why you need a meter.

Did you manage to find a way to sample your exhaust pre-cat with the Gastester? Just curious if you were successful. I did not get a chance to ask during Sunday's drive.

Brad, I did. It was rich, so I adjusted to 0.8% and it only took less than 1/4 turn. After I "adjusted" the WUR, it now has the correct cold pressure. It starts great, idles well cold, warm or hot.

I am happy. Thanks for the meter. I am ready to return it now.
