Nice! That car looks familiar, except the steering wheel is on the wrong side.

Cool

If you would just reverse the picture, and get it right(and it's so right!) the rest of us could enjoy the dream too.

This car is so right!

Good luck,
David Duffield

Scha-wing! Makes me want to backdate my '76...

That paint looks like it's still wet! Good job.

Wow, those polished wheels really complement the paint job! Got any pictures of the interior?

Man, she's pretty. The blue looks liquid. Very nice.

Let me show my ignorance by asking the significance of that triangle near your left headlight.

edit: typo

yep, that car's still one o' my all time favs. My second (or 2nd first) of the traditional road-use style is the orange ducktailed one we've seen from time to time, with the pics near a yellow house as I remember...

Then you have Rarly and Jack autos for the more outrageous "don't piss me off punk" road-going-style.

The car is looking good, it will be sweet when you get that new 2.7 in it.

If you are building a motor the same spec as Bills it will screem. He is now running quicker than Dan's original RS Light weight.

wow i missed that. did the wipers for RHD cars still come stock on the left? Or did they match them up with the driver like the LHD cars?
Also, didnt the LH parking wipers serve more of a purpose when it comes to effectively wiping the windshield? If so, then RHD cars (if built the lefty way) are actually built with more applicable enginuity...no?

nevermind... I think I just confused myself.

Terry, I converted the two batteries into one Odyssey on the left. Track rules over here state you must identify the location of the battery with a blue triangle for marshals. Because my car very closely matched the "approved blue triangle" sticker, I simply used some white pin-striping to do the job

Thanks for the compliments guys, it makes the effort keeping these cars on the road worth while.

Shane, it is nice to live in the Sunshine State! GO MAROONS! Rebuild going well, should have a 2.7RS engine by July

Out of interest for the Aussies (and maybe US) the polish I'm using is a new product called "Bowden's Own" and is made here in Qld for the Bowden Collection of historic race cars. Absolutely no silicon and a very good product. Not affiliated, just happy. http://www.bowdensown.com.au A good read.
