There was one Gulf Blue 88 Club sport. Anyone know where she is?

Nice car Randy. Great buy for someone. With cars like this it puzzles me that some still want a project that they will dump twice the ammount of $$$ in. Good luck with the sale.

Best,

Don

I had to laugh -- I am that idiot. My new project is a '73 with a 3.2L engine, and I am dumping in $$ (and even more time). This one will be Gemini Blue...

Hey Randy Webb:
Great car ! .... ( and not to bust on you)...your ad says Gulf blue like the 1973 Lemans winning 917..

Well...by 1973 the 917's were outlawed....and no Gulf Porsche ever won Lemans.

Now..Gulf GT40...that's a different story !

Don:

The Gulf Blue CS is in New Mexico - check out the CS Register (now that your'e a proud new owner of a CS). Interesting story on how it was acquired; the buyer got it at a car dealer who did not know what he had!! I would love to see that car myself!

Speaking of Gulf Porsche, can anyone tell me the correct paint codes? In honor of my #20 in the rain print, signed by Brian and my #2 1/18th die cast signed by Derek Bell, I've decided to do my Kart bodywork in Gulf racing colors a la 908/3.
TIA

Randy's page answers one question:
Paint No. 6603 Code 315
How's about the orange?
