Case Stud torque values

case stud torque specs
Does anyone have torque specifications for installing case studs (not head studs) for the inner studs on both halves of the case?

My machinist pulled some of the studs to do the machine work, forgot to reinstall them, so I have to reinstall them.

Also, do I need to loctite them?

Also if anyone has a list of all the torque values for the case studs that would be most helpful. I don't have that in any of the documentation that I have.

Car is a 3.3L Turbo - 1983.

Thanks,

Brian

To insert the studs into the case, not close the case, i believe there is no torque required just thread it in till it hits the bottom. You might want to pick up waynes rebuild book btw.

Thanks, I've got the book, and parts of the factory workshop manual, but haven't seen any tables that indicate the specs on those inner studs or heights. Maybe I'm overlooking it.

Thanks,

Brian
