sevicable parts on 84 alternator?
you you guys know if there are any owner servicable parts (brushes, voltage regulators...) on an 84 carrere alternator? My brother is having problems with his. Thanks-Bill

A rebuilt one is 160 bucks. In my view, if it's the original with corrosion and rust and everything else, why not just replace it?
