MSD spark plug wires

Anybody ever use the MSD spark plug wires? Do they only work with a MSD box and coil? Will they work on our engines without having to make custom connectors?

TIA

bumping.....

any thoughts? These wires are a good bit cheaper than Magnecore and OEM wires. Biggest plus is that they are available from a local speed shop. Any reason they wont work for the p-car?

Cool

I have been in touch with these folks about using their wires. It seems that they have the right wires for us however they would have to make them up from other sets of wires. They told me that they "wouldn't like" to do this, however, they would do it.

Take a look at their website. They have some wires with long plug connectors that would work for out motors. I think that the connectors would be for a honda or something like that. We would need socket ends for our stock distributors.

I would not be supprised however if a request was made of their engineering department, that they might consider a product for "generic" Porsche 911 applications.

I was looking at them because I liked their wires and long plug connectors.

With a little work, one could use the volkswagen connectors that they stock with a socket end for the distributor.

Good luck,
David Duffield
