Juan I didn't want make u sad we know there are fast cars out there but u have the fastest 911:D

JNadal 07-28-2004 11:24 AM

hey Juan dont worry about the evo, its a 4 cylinder car with massive boost. If you modded your car to that level, you'd be over 1000 hp. The only time he gets any real boost is probably to high to do any real road racing with.
and besides, a 911 can out-handle an evo

I know it is just impresive what they are doing, that remaind me of the "Easy Street" Subaru, 800+hp AWD,Turbo,NOS,full blown with Subaru 2 million a year budget, indeed sad even more sad that the Hondas are making 1,000hp, oh well No need to stop now, even that my car when compare to others is a "Slow" car.

YermanCars 07-28-2004 11:47 AM

Juan You will run nines it is all a matter of time and practice

Ali Afshar and Eazy Street rip off their customers BIG TIME, they could have the fastest Subaru in the country and they'd still be ****bags.

BTW, Juan that car is impossible to drive on the street, it has a 3-speed drag-race automatic transmission with a stall speed so high you couldn't leave a light smoothly without launching the piss out of it. A far cry from your car which is very streetable from the video you posted.

juan ruiz 07-28-2004 02:23 PM

I was not aware that they are doing "Funny Business" I have to agree with you that car is far away from been a "Street Car" even do They make us run against them, I can help it to feel sick as you can see all this people runing 10s without any effort, something not so easy in a 911 even that many people have done it.

YermanCars 07-28-2004 02:34 PM

Juan But why can't u run tens I know u have had different problems in the past is it traction, lauch shift points I am no guru but I want to help u (my godfather) run low tens high nines
you have the power to do it.

I wanna see u on top, kicken every one a$$

Problem # 1 Axles and Stubs Shafts

Solution

Custom Made stub shafs been build as we speak, also custom 930 axles, with customs cages, the set up that we are doing will allow us to either use the custom axles or 930s in emergency Total cost $ 1800 Heat Treated +Installation almost free.

Problem # 2 Clutch

Solution

We are going on the 2nd one and even do theres a lot of companys outthere not that many for our cars, we are runing a SOLID 4 PUCK DISC great for must people not for us at the end of the day the best will be a 3 disc Tilton Total cost $ 3,000+Installation.

Problem # 3 Tires

I am runing the D.O.T Drag Radials and they are skipping.

Solution

Start testing different tires until we found the best ones at
$ 300+ a set, may remaind you that took us 10 different turbos to find this one.

Problem # 4 Wheels

Solution
Purchase some full blown racing wheels as our tires keep spining in the rims regarless of the tire pressure Total Cost $ 2000

Problem # 5 Injectors

Solution
Not a big problem but our 85pnds Injectors are too small and we need to move to 95s, have some one told me that 85s were too small i have laugh, this thing is making some serious power, how much only the turbo Gods knows Total Cost $ 300

thats all I can think of it right now, so at the end of the day "Whats Stoping Us from Runing 10s" or even 9s ? the mph traps, indicates that we should be at the 9s already.

Money I guess

thanks for asking do:)

Oh and one more thing I do feel bad that we are talking about my car ,this is "Your Thread" So we should concentrate on that, you have a nice little pakage 'ENJOY IT" Remember what I told you at the begining of the project the day will come that you be all smiles, that day is here enjoy it! I know you work very very hard to get to this point at your age you are doing great, so enjoy that thing!

YermanCars 07-29-2004 07:57 AM

Like father, like son

I am proud of you

you will break 9's

Your rims spin in the tires that is nuts

I'm going to go talk to my tuner and see what the say they might not have all the answears but my some or one
