NEED ADVISE/ knowledge ASAP, decklid
hey guys i need your help and expertise, if you know please respond!
i am looking to add a retractable decklid to my 1974 911 COUPE,... if you have seen jack olsens 72 rsr with the retractable lid you know what im talking about, and thats my question. guys, will a 1995 993 decklid/tail fit on a 1974 911 coupe? will the tail motor fit? if not what modifications are needed? relies asap are really appreciated. There are others that know for sure, but from what I know, only a 964 type will fit.

yes that beige targa is EXACTLY what im looking for...... and that was my question, will a decklid from a 1995 993 (with the retractable tail) fit on a 74 911 coupe?

I'm pretty sure a 993 decklid won't fit. I think its different in every dimension.

You only can use the 964 decklid and hingen w/little mod. or your hinges whit major mod. search "964 decklid and hinges" or contact: Matt-Man
