What can I eliminate, and what are these for?

I am trying to strip out anything electrical other than lights, horn, radio, window washer and ignition stuff. Nothing to do with weight (though it is a nice plus) but more to eliminate any electrical issues and to clean up my fuse panel. Maybe stupid, but I have had it with electrical stuff on my old beater. Anyways, since I removed the AC a couple years ago, besides getting rid of all that unwanted hose, can I remove that pump thing that is up under the front hood, dead center towards the windshield, it is under a metal flap?

How hard it is for someone that know how to convert power windows to manual roughly in time and who would do this type work? Probably easier just to get used doors.

The mirrors I have are electric, can they be gutted? I don't think I have moved them since I have had them. Probably don't work anyhow.

Power seats, any good cheap alternatives for a weekend driver?

Last, the fuses in the back, why are they there. I think only have one fuse back there. The car is a 77 911 Carrera 3.0.
