Thanks Noah. I was hoping it would be in that range. I have a trailer so I can go to the nearest terminal.

I have shipped rollers....the company's policy vary on the loads they have. Try a google on car shipping...it will bring a bid site that you put in your request and they email back to you quotes.....stand by status also gives you a 10% discount but you wait a bit.
Trips east to west are usually a little higher...due to people coming this way and not the other....

Great Smitty. I'll give them a call..that wasn't the speciall military rate was it? You know the one that they give you guys so one of their sister companies can charge $100 for a screw driver to another US division
![]() I got another quote back: $950 door to door, no terminals...might be able to better that when I call them. |

Starting to look better gang...thanks for the tips.
Mike, I see that you may be right, as the quotes don't state enclosed or open..which is a good chance the are quoting the enclosed rate. I'll call and confirm. Thanks. |

I have shipped a few cars coast to coast to and from Florida. Most were running a couple were not. I have yet to see a transport company do it for less than 825.00. The best deal I got was from an independent who was coming back half empty. If you have the time you can get it back to the East cost for 600 bux but it will take time.

most of the numbers you call are to a broker. so they add a fee. if you could call the independent guys, i bet it will be a few bills cheaper. i have one dude, but he stays on I-10. i dont think that helps you.
