Monterey Historics Schedule
Here's the latest schedule for next weekends races. Ferrari is bringing over several late F1 cars including last years championship car. There will be some demonstration laps on Saturday and then all of the F1 Ferraris will be let loose at speed on Sunday at 2pm.
There is a separate group for the other F1 cars though there should be 2 or 3 Ferraris in that group as well. We have to watch the timing really closely as Ferrari has warned us about the very specific warm-up times involved, we can't be off in our timing or they won't fire them up. Quite a process to get them on the track. But, no holds barred when they do get on the track so it should be fun to hear 19K rpm at Laguna. Saturday will be jammed, Friday and Sunday looks to be the better days to be at the track in terms of crowds and parking. I'm looking forward to the last group of the day on Sunday..... Hope you can read this, I'll email a Word document to anyone who wants one. oldmartin@redshift.com Forgot to mention, in case anybody cares, the Chrysler concept ME412 will be at the track on Thursday morning doing laps (if they can keep it running, I guess it tends to break driveshafts). With a 0-60 of 2.9 seconds, it's kinda fast.

Thanks for posting this. I'm really looking forward to the Historics this year. Even sent in my Corral application last week.
