raising the front strut spindle

Anyone remember the name of a SoCal or MidCal shop doing this. I've seen the link here but can't find it. I think the guys name is Clint. I thought it was Rebel Racing but can't find anything.

I do not know where to get them done but a search should find a very informative post telling and showing you how to do it yourself. Basically you have to drill out the weld and move the spindle assembly. I did this with a pipe fitted over the strut and tapped it up to my mark. I have a season of DE on them without any issues.

Note....raised spindle conversion typ done for Bilstein or Koni. Boge housings typ have a "bulge" over the band that supports the spindle..and does not lend itself to being raised. Chris Bennet has contacts that can do Boges...I gather.
