Hopefully it will meet with an unfortunate accident!.... I guess we know what it feel like to the ferrari owners that have been plagued with replicas for 20 years!...Not a Porsche, though! come on!

Scott,
Well the blue beast ( I know your not reffering to the SC ) is still sitting pretty about 50 feet from its $40,000 + worth of parts . Im in the process of buying another home over in mt. sinai . So time has been limited for me between getting together funds (working many hours) for closing costs and to furnish the new house. I dont want to start dismantling the car until I have all efforts to dedicate to it. Oh and I forgot to mention that my third child (3rd boy) is due to be born in late oct . So the wife needs my attention too . All should come together around jan/feb . Thats the slow season in my business .

HA HA HA!!!

Love the bumps/ridges in the hood. Had a Fiero once and I can't think of anything that would require those stupid ridges.

Ugggh, you need to offer a "not zesty" warning with those pictures. I saw them right after breakfast and nearly chummed on the keyboard!

They are on the way to your house now. Tie up any loose ends that you have and say your goodbyes. It's been nice knowing you.

Funny, I actually appreciate the CGT exclusively for its performance and not the aesthetics. I honestly think the CGT is an ugly car to look at. So if one could replicate the performance, then I'd be mightily impressed and I might even buy one. But replicating the looks seems pointless IMO.

Some guy in the San Fernando Valley started making Carrera GT kits off Fieros about 2 years ago. It was much more accurate (though given the Fiero's cowl height, it wasn't proportionate) and sold them for a ton of money ($40K?).

I think Barnum said there's a sucker born every minute.

i had hoped the gt would be 962 or 917 influenced, with a flat 8 or 10. the cayenne connection is had to dispute... not that there is anything wrong with that.
