Fan and Fanhousing Q's

Are the eleven blade fans all the same
(Í know the 964 and later fans are different)
Or are they different per model (excluding the 5 blade fans)

How about the fanhousing and the strap?

Reason I'm asking is that I have a very good alternative on giving them a chrome look (impossible to see the difference from real chrome). It's even possible to do color chrome

I'd like to do this as an exchange service and therefore like to know these differences...

'78 - '79 n/a fans are 226mm

'80 - '89 are 245mm

Around '84 they added coling slots for the alternator.

For a given size they will all flow the same.
