Corner Balance and Alignment Thread - been awhile since the last one

This last week I freshened up my suspension with Elephant Racing polybronze bushings, monoballs, and control arm mounts (one of mine was broken!)

I set the ride height to 23 1/4 in the rear, and ended up with almost 1 degree of rake.

Subtracting the 235lbs of ballast, with 1/4 tank and an empty trunk, she's weighing in at a hefty 2438lbs

Here's my corner balance numbers:

I updated the corner balance calculator to give the LF/LR & RF/RR ratios

Here's the alignment settings I'm going to ask for next week:

Front
Toe: 1/64"
Camber: -2.0

Rear:
Toe: 1/32"
Camber: -2.5

Thom,

Was there much a difference in feel going from polyurethane (?) bushings & rubber mounts to polybronze & monoballs? Is there much more NVH (noise, vibration, & harshness) on the street than before the change?

A little bit more; the NVH difference between HD shocks and Sports was greater than the NVH difference with the monoballs & polybronze bushings.

I found with the monoballs, the only difference was heard or felt when you hit a "sharp" object like a reflector or a slightly protruding man hole cover or something of that nature. Magical change in steering response and turn in though.

Jeff
