Speedo calibration

NH Speedo is cleaning and recalibrating all my guages and I can't wait to get them back and in the car. Finally the guage cluster will match the rest of the car.

One question for the group.
My speedo has been running 5mph too slow since I bought the car. NHS asked me to count the number of cable rotations within 52' 9" indicating that there should be an even 8 rotations. I've done this 5 times this morning each time came up with just under 7.5 rotations (I'd say closer to 7 and 2/3rds).

Am I doing something wrong? Could the wrong cable be installed?

As a reference: I'm running 205/60 Pilot XGT V4's all around on the original 15" Fuchs wheels.

Any ideas?
