Mounting a 28 row brass cooler
I just got my 28 row brass cooler in the mail and am itching to get it hooked up to my car. Does anyone know a part number for the brackets that allow mounting of this particular cooler? I checked the Pelican site, but didn't see them listed. Even a picture would be nice.
Thanks! Jason

I have one of these coolers on my SC. The mounting points appear to be the same as for a Carrera cooler. I can look for you this evening if no one chimes in with exact information.

If true, everything else should be the same though. Be prepared for sticker shock on the brackets. Jason

I'd guess the cover plates are for the carrera, but if it works for the goose it'll work for the gander, which is to say maybe we ought to be putting these on the earlier coolers?
In all events, John's list does apply to the Carrera radiator-style cooler so take that advice. I'd rather fab. my own brackets. This can be done cheaply. If you are inventive enough you might be able to use the existing trombone cooler 13mm bolt hole to anchor things. I dunno. Will be going there shortly enough though so interested in seeing how you make out. John John
