911 switches - what are they?

I've still got the 1987 911 Carrera Conv. but it's got some switches and don't know what they do!
The first (2 off) are rocker switches located on the underside of instrument panel 1 x under speedo and 1 under oil pressure gauge.
The second one is located between the seats and looks to be a heated seat switch with the "demister" logo on it.
The 3rd ones are in front of that before the gear lever and is 2 rods for demisting? are these for floor heating? do they work from the heat exchangers? how do they affect the operation of the dash heater?
4th one is the black panel in fron of the levers marked defrost on/off.
5th one is the "demister" switch in the lowere centre consul - does this work on the cabrio? or does it work the front screen?
What are they all for?
Cheers

One of the rocker switches under the instrument panel is most likely to toggle between left to right side view mirrors when adjusting.

The other rocker switch is for your sunroof.

If you're that unsure how your car works, buy a manual (booklet). They're not expensive, and I'm sure our host carries them.

The "intensive cleaning"option was a 2nd windshield washer reservoir with more aggressive cleaning fluid. Pressing the switch caused this other fluid to be squirted out the windshield washer nozzles.

The manual really is pretty helpful, your question indicated you didn't have one and Stephan's response was right on the money. I think you just took it the wrong way.

It took me a while to fully underatand all the switches. I had the car almost a year before I realized that the "intensive cleaning" switch for the headlights actually works. It only works when the headlights are on! When I did figure it out it soaked me and the car (I was standing outside of the car and reached in to use it - in a Cab?). Not the most intuitive arrangement of switches?
