My new Recaro's are in, here's pix
Here's a few pix of my new seats. I ordered them over a month and a half ago so I'd have them in time for the German Auto Fest this weekend. I orginally ordered them with painted seat backs, but they didn't arrive until yesterday afternoon. So they said they'd install them today for the show and that I can bring them back next week to have the seat backs painted. They're black leather and the hardshell seatbacks will be painted red. So, they're minus the red paint, but still beautiful seats that really hold well. It took till the 11th hour, but they're finally in!!! Here they are.

Very nice seats! can you pass an anti-sub belt between the thigh support pad in the front and the rest of the seat? One of the guys in my club does this with old style recaro sport seats, but I'm not sure if these work the same way.
is there any power stuff on these?

Hi Andy, thanks for the kind words, I am really happy with them. To answer your question, you can extend the thigh support pad and you can put an anti-sub belt between there as you discribed. I got the Sportline's which are completely mechanical, including a pump-up bolster system, you can see it in the 3rd pic, it's that oval thing toward the front on the seat bottom. The Recaro Topline, is the same seat that I have however is electrical. I didn't want the added weight of the electrics (not to mention, more things to go wrong) so I opted for the Sportlines.

Tim, I got what I believe was an excellent deal on these seats, I got them full black leather for $825/seat, which I'm probably off a bit with the exchange rate, but is probably close to 500 pounds. The closest quote I got was about $950 per seat.
