wiring questions 1986 930

I now have my car running but the wiring is a mess. I believe they did an engine swap must have used a chain saw to put the wires back in. My fuel pumps are on as soon as you turn on the key. My cd box was wired to my O2 sensor but there is to little amperage for the cd box to work correctly. The over boost relay only has power to the back left plug all the time none to the front two spades. Should I run new power line to my fuse box for pumps and cd making a connection in engine bay and if yes which relay/fuse. At this point I don't mind having manual switches for both in car because I am going to pretty much make the interior stripped. I could run a power line to the dash that comes on while cranking and put race type switches for pumps and cdbox. This would allow me to put the boost relay/pump relay in line and working again. Any ideas?
