I would rather have this car than an authentic 1973 Carrera RS lightweight.

Absolutly wonderful cars. There was a huge run this past summer of owners of older Cup cars selling for that one. I saw some very nice early 996 Cups go in the low $60ks.

Now we're talking; throw in a little carpet and a set of plates and we've got 2005 GT3. Hopefully the USA street version won't end up with cup holders, GPS, climate control and assorted yuppie options. Notice the engine is specific to this car not the street 911 wannabe.
Thanks PAG.
J.P.
Ps. I wonder if the video will mention how the cool coolant will improve sporty driving.

I can see dozens of 2004 GT3 owners who just took delivery of their car kicking themselves in the arse!

It must have huge amounts of caster! Check how the outside wheel has serious negative camber (in the 1st pic) and the inside wheel (on the 4th pic) appears to have positive camber.

We won't be able to get these in the states until 2006. They will be making 27 for competitition in SuperCup, 1 for spare and the others are for Porsche promo.

Bruce Anderson made some comments in the last EXCELLENCE (October) about the PCCB system being "nicht sehr gut" for track use, as made obvious by people who have tested it out.

Look in the "technical letters to the editor" section.

I would imagine the racing version is significantly improved over the street version.

Does anyone know, if the PCCB system is a way to homologate the ceramtic/F1 type braking technology for GT racing?
