there are more MZ3 coupes than that. I think there were several more in MY 99.

Turn a 911 into a 911 CS
Assuming you don't want a replica, just a lighter car, all you need to do is to remove the rear seat, all power options (incl power windows), radio and a/c (and add a Steve Wong chip if you want more than stock 214 hp). A Borla and a Euro pre-muffler will help too but then you may have smog probs if in CA. These mods will get you to approx 2600 lbs.
So you can see that its not all that hard to make a stock 3.2 Carrera into a "CS"; its mainly a matter of weight reduction. However, there is no way I know of that you can locate an authentic CS fender decal or have an authentic motor due to the CS-specific pistons and engine stamps only seen on the CS. |
