1987 Carrera Fuse Box Legend?

I am preparing to install a Marcus Sucro headlight relay kit and discovered there is no legend for my fuse box (unless I am missing something here). Is the legend supposed to be embossed on the inside of the fuse box cover or was it a paper/cardboard insert that has been lost over the years?

It was a paper/cardboard insert. Maybe Pelican sells them?

As well as the paper I seem to remember it being embossed on the inside of the cover as well. I could be thinking of another car (SC, 944, etc).

I looked on the inside of the fuse box cover and did not see any embossed legend. It sure looked to me like the cover was set up for a cardboard legend and I was assuming it had been lost. Any ideas where to get one? Searched our host and no joy. Anyone have a scan or a PDF?

It's a hard plastic legend that snaps into little clips on the the outside of the fuse box cover. Our host sells them part # C-612-243-02
