I assume you mean the washer nozzles in the cowling just to the rear of the hood. For the 74 and later years they only can be removed by breaking the retaining tabs or darts underneath. Something like a hooked cotterpin puller tool can be used to do this. Take care to avoid marring the paint or distorting the sheet metal around the washer nozzles. New nozzles are relatively inexpensive; if you are repainting the car some people tape over the nozzles and repaint around them. Cheers, Jim
