need wheel info?

I am going to make some 944 phone dials with winter tires work on my 911 for this winter, but I need spacers. I have the info provided by Bill on the Fuchs wheels, but can't seem to find the info on the phone dials.
I took some rough measurements and came up with this...does this seem correct or does anyone have the actual specs for them?

944.362.104.00
7Jx15FT52,3

Wheel Width = 7.75 inches
Backspace = 145 mm
Offset = not sure how to determine?

Any help is much appreciated.

BTW

Our host has 1/4" (6.5mm) spacers at a good price, are they what I need?

Last winter I did a test fit of the phone dials and they rubbed the front strut and were within 1mm of the oil lines...so I think a small spacer would be enough but i would like some better info from you guys if you have it.

i think the phone dials are like 50mm, and your wheels are like15mm, i think you need like one inch adapters,

so lets measure jack the car up by the shock mounts to keep the suspension collapsed, put the wheel/tire in the wheel well and measure the air gap, (space from back of wheel hub mounting surface to the hub, back up, put the wheel as close to the fender lip as you would like then measure the air gap, Kevin

if the ET is 52,3 you will need very expensive spacers i,m afraid about 1 " in the front and 2" in the back. Hope i,m wrong

Great idea Kevin...I am also going to check the #'s on my Fuchs with the same tools I did the phone dials.

BTW...the drivers side rear (phone dial) wheel fit ok with no rubbing, then again that's just mounted and taken down the street (no hard corners at all) and the space in the back was very close!

Ok the image above is by no means to scale and accurate to the mm, but it gives me an idea of what I am working with. I took the data from each wheel and the results do show almost 1" difference at the backspace (.98" or 25mm).

But like I posted above the phone dial does fit on the drivers rear and does not rub, the closet section is the back of the tire and the large bolt on the trail arm (5mm).

So I am looking for a spacer to clear the back section, and not cause the wheel to rub on the fender.

Ideas?

I looked at his info before I started this, his phone dial listings are all 16" wheels so I thought they might be different.

then again my wheels (15x6 Fuchs) do not match up with what he has listed for them...but my measurements are pretty rough.

The measurements are as good as the measurer, the ones I posted are pretty accurate.

There is no difference in o/s , backspace or width beteween comparable 15 and 16" wheels

In other words you can use the 16" #s to see where the 15 " Phone Dials will sit.

Sorry HD I just saw this

A 3.3 mm spacer will give the same +49mm o/s as the 911R Fuchs(49mm)

Here is what has been reported to work w/ the 911R
Fuchs 7x15
rear of a non flared car, 10mm spacer +10mm studs(55mm),215mm tire
Fuchs 7x15
rear of a non flared car, 17mm spacer +17mm studs, HD T-bars, <-1° camber, shave spring plate bolt, lips 225mm tires

Smitty did you already buy the phone dials? 6" fuchs are fairly cheap and for winter tires you can run 6's front and back.
