OEM shift knob for 69 911S 5speed

Anyone have one to sell or know where I can source one?

Looks like Pelican no longer has them available.

Thanks

Andy

I jut noticed in Performance Products catalog that they have a reproduction source for about $80. Otherwise you will have to buy used. Occasionally they come up on ebay. I have two. An aftermarket wood one and an oem. But I switch them out to change things up. I bought both on e-bay. I took my original one off about 20 years ago and after three moves i can't find it. Who would have thought that they would have become so hard to get. Good luck.

Jim

Here is a photo of the knob being sold be Performance. If you want one that looks like an original this won't be the one.

You might try Dave at MS Road and Race He was selling 901 5-speed knobs that looked identical to the original but the price will be higher than one from Performance.

I bought a repro from Auto Atlanta a year ago and I'm happy with it. With it doesn't look just like the original it work and looks good.

Before that I bought a used original knob for $50. Lasted for two months before it cracked and fell apart. Guess plastics can get weak after 30 years.
