My idle sits at about 1000 RPM on start up no matter what the temp is outside. When the engine is warmed up around 180-220, the idle is anywhere from 1100-1500 RPM. Any thoughts?
Shouldn't my idle be higher when it is cold outside? I live in ND so it is already winter outside. I can't figure this out unless there is a vacuum leak that seals up as some fitting expands with the heat.

You need to check that your AAR (auxiliary air regulator) is functioning properly.
The valve should close as the engine warms-up. There is a heater element which is powered by the same voltage/fuse as the fuel pump that causes the valve to close. Once you've checked the above, check the idle fuel mixture and check for air leaks after the throttle butterfly.
