Either lots of elbow grease or take it to a shop with a buffer. It will tarnish again pretty quickly, though, if you don't treat it with something. I had mine clear coated but some folks say that won't last and rec. different sprays.

while my engine is out of the car, i took some pictures pretending to be artistic. Again, just pretending and i'm posting these pix just for my own pleasure nothing more. But i do want to become a better photographer...some day...
