I am pretty sure the trim rings are the same. The H4 trim rings are held by a hollow bolt.
The biggest difference in the H5s are the bad lenses, plastic reflectors and different bulbs. Well, that's all the difference in the world when it comes to light output. They do retain the same shape, though.
