What would you add to this mix!
I have a stock 3.0 Liter that I want to building into a good street motor. I want to up the displacement to 3.3,3.5,3.6 liters depending on the funds available and add an electromotive engine management system using the individual throttle bodies and there crank fire ignition with dual plugs. A set of mild cams and a modest comperssion ratio to be able to run on pump gas. Electromotive has a varity of fuel injectors for there set up, but I am not sure of the # flow I will need. Any suggestions on what else to do to get 300-350 HP. I may even go with a turbo, but I would like to get this number on a normally aspirated motor if possible

how about a high comp turbo? 3.3 litres, 8,5-1 comp, sc cams and .7bar with your efi and twin plugging would get you an easy low lag 350 horses
