pre packing rear wheel bearings

I am about to install new rear wheel bearings in my trailing arms. The new bearings appear to be pre-packed with bearing grease. Do I just install the bearings as purchased or do I need to do some disassmebly and pack the bearing before installation?

Thanks...I figured as much.

My plan is to freeze the bearings and heat the hub ends of the trailing arm in boiling water. I'll then use my homemade bearing puller/press (threaded rod plus cast iron pipe reducer and washers) to pull the bearings into the hub as described on other threads on this site.
