Martin,

I have a '74 "narrow body" with 6jx15 Fuchs on the front with 205/60/15 and 7jx15 with 205/60/15 on the rears with no problems! I had rubbing on the rears when I tried 8jx15 with 215/60/15. The rubbing only happened when I had the kids in the back seat. Hope this helps!

First , please lose the all caps, it's really rude

Second, 225/55x16 is wrong for any 911, 225/50 x16 can be made to work on 7s or even 8s(either needs+23.3mm o/s) if you want to do a lot of juggling of ride height, camber, lips etc.

My '77 narrow body has 6x15" 205/55 front and 7x15" 215/60 rears with 22/28 t-bars and negative 1.5 rear camber with no rub. I've rolled the fenders slightly in the rear.

Welcome. If you search you will find info on rolling the fender wheel arches to allow more clearance. You will also find info on ride heights.

Where are you located in Toronto?

I would try to make the 16s that you have work. Those of us with 15s are finding it harder to get decent tires.
