VIN Number & Color Code
Can someone help?
Can I get my 911's ,original factory color Paint via my VIN number? And where can I get it? Cordially Vic  911SC-1982 Targa |

VIN does not include paint info.
Paint codes are usually on a sticker on the underside of the trunk lid, or on the driver's door post.

So the pre-84 cars had the paint code in a different spot than the 84-89s? On the 3.2s the paint code is inside the trunk on the inner right front fender. The option code sticker should be on the underside of the trunk lid.
