Thanks guys,
2nd version will be available in about a month. It's getting busy at work, got show cars to build. I'm just finishing up the mold for the lenses right now. Then these will available. Also working on the lightweight housing, fronts almost done. Rears still in design phase, they will come complete with lights and wire.Hopefully these will be the alternative to buying the potmetal ones. |

Very nice work! Any plans to recreate the regular non-R pre '74 housings to replace the factory potmetal ones? Seems like there would be a good market for them.

Yes Shuie,
These are the potmetal replacements I'm working on. I figure the carrera guys could go on a diet too. |

Any plans to do the blanks that fit in the front turn signal holes for post 74 models?

I have a fiberglas front RS style bumper and valance combo with the opening for an oil cooler. Looking for blanks that cover the 74 model and up front turn signals and can use the lenses you carry.

I would prefer to have an intact horn grill area, so the ones shown are great for me :-)

Mikez,
I would have to see the bumper in person. But you want to make a cover or insert to fit into the light opening to appear as there never was one. Then put one of my R(NSU) lens in the same location.Correct? Price will be coming as soon as I talk with the resellers. |

Yeah that's right....the 74 and up turn signal lens fits inside that hole....like to have a blank in there to replace the lens that is paintable and then install YOUR lens in the blank.....
I guess I could gut the interior of the old lens and cut a hole for the "R" lens but those plastic lenses are brittle. A blank would be easier and cleaner looking.
