Wheel Size
I have a question concerning wheel size. I have a 68 911T with BBS wheels that have Pirelli P195/60 R 15 wheels. I would like to start shopping for some Fuchs but in order to get there I need to know what size wheels I currently have. I know they are 15" but are they 5-6-7s. Can you tell by the tire size? What would be the widest wheels I could put on without causing the tires to rub?

Look here for measurement instructions.
overall width is easily found subtract ~1" for the bead width which is what is used to describe wheels.

If I translate that chart correctly I should be able to put 15x7 wheels under the car without having the tires rub.

For a nonflared car 7s w/ ~ +39mm o/s fit in the back fairly well, 7s w/ +23.3mm o/s fit well in the front

Thanks for the input. Tire & wheel size is not a strong point in my mechanical skills. I nice to be able to ask a question & get information.
