C2 Turbo Tail Adapted to Older 930

Ok guys, who has adapted a C2 turbo tail to an older 930? I know it can be done, but I hear that you have to modify the hinges.

The engine lid is the same as a 930. The factory use adaptor brakets to mount the lid to 964 type hinges. They also used a 965 specific lid latch (it has a 965 part number)
