current import regs on euro cars?

anyone know what the current regs. are on importing a euro model 85-89 carrera?

from what I've read here.... reasons to run away from RoW cars.

1. rusted out POS
2. guaranteed to die in any crash
3. motor will explode from lack of octane
4. drugs found in rocker panels
5. Jimmy Hoffa DNA found in trunk

the euro car is actually quite superior to the N american cars - contrary to what TerryH can't remember

Note the 993 RS is already on the “approved” list, so it should be easy to import under this rule
