Help with Part number
Would anyone know what this part is/does.
It looks like a resister type connector located behind the right hood shock on an '85 Carrera. Part number: 911.617.108.00  Thanks in advance.

Found what the description is: LED Diode.
What is the function of the part?? Thanks in advance.

Posted prematurely...
The LED is associated with the lights/turn signal/headlights. Funny, my lighting system is working fine. Oh well.... Found one for $22.00.
