Navy Blue Dashpad Questions
All,
I have seen multiple black replacement dashes for sale but have yet to find a replacement for my navy blue vinyl pad for my 84 targa. I would really like to keep the interior the original color, mainly because I think the vinyl/cloth seats (which are in fantastic shape) are unusual compared to the legions of leather and/or vinyl seats in 911s. Any solutions? My dash and rear deck are both shrunken from the sun so I'm not sure they would be saveable if I took them to a upholstery shop for recovering. Also, what is up with $1,000 for a freaking DASH on Pelican?? I saw several posts talking about dashes for only $400 or so?? |

Dashs went up about 25% earlier this year.

See this thread for another alternative:
Newer dash in older car Maybe by a newer dash (~$300) and get it dyed navy (~$150), labour will of course vary. Cheers Last edited by IceBlueSC; 11-18-2004 at 11:14 PM.. |
