Will this dash fit in a 69 911 - Please Help!
Need help to confirm that this dash will fit into a right hand drive 69 911. The part number is 911.552.906.03.709. I have a fellow member that want's to buy it, but we both want to make sure that it will fit his car.
Thanks in advance for your help with this. Michael

Hi Michael - the dash in my 69 911 has a separate speaker grill on top of the dash. In the picture of your dash it looks like the speaker is integrated into the dash itself. I would presume this means it is not a 69 dash, but I believe the later dashes will fit in the earlier cars.

I just put one in my '72 on Sunday. The studs in the dash face of the pad may be off and in the wrong place. This usually means that you have to drill new holes for the studs (what I did).

Hi Michael,
I have both types at home (fixed grill and removable speaker grill) if you need I can take some pics if that helps. In my RHD 70 S the speaker grill is fixed, but on my old RHD 71 S the speaker grill was seperate. Not sure when it changed, but bar the studs which Wayne mentions it should fit, it has the cut outs at the front for the screen vents, I don't think pre 69 cars had those. HTH Alan.UK

1969 was the first year with a dashtop that incorporated a separate speaker grille. This continued until ~'75/'76.
The dashtop in your picture is a Porsche replacement dashtop for the original models which had removeable grilles.
