Dan-- Welcome
You live less than 2 miles from me, (although right now I am in Europe for 1 more month will be back around x-mas) There are at least two other 911 owners in the area of Williamsburg, nice guys. Get Waynes book and if you need to borrow tools or a jack and jack stands just let me know. Nice looking car, looks like you have an aftermarket exhaust and what other mods..? Watch the potholes on Kent Ave! Jt sometimes I miss my VT plates.... |
Hey JT, nice to know there are some other 911 owners in this part of Brooklyn. Dodging potholes and manholes is not quite fun but makes me appreciate the crisp steering and small size of the car.
I have Wayne's 101 projects book as well as the Bentley manual and the Red Book all are excellent resources. I would like to meet in person as I'm not sure exactly the mods my car has except for the Stainless stell heat exchangers and dual exhaust though I don't know the brand. I think otherwise the car is pretty close to stock, I noticed it has green bilsteins... Anyways to continue this thread here is a picture of the engine! http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1101136347.jpg |

i read an excellence article about the 550 spyder that was produced right behind james deams spyder on the line and it's history. kind of makes me wonder where the other 79 targas produced around mine are. welcome to the board and congratulations on finding an SC (special car) :D |
