Left Side Cam Seal that drives MFI Pump Help
I have just removed the engine on my 72T 911 with MFI.
I'm going to have all of the seals replaced in the MFI pump. I'm sending this off to be done so I'm okay here. I alsowant to replace the seal in front of the left side of engine/cam. I have removed one piece of sheet metal and it looks like I need to remove the cog wheel that drives the injection pump with a few allen bolts. Can someone give me a quick overview of the procedure. I'm also looking for a part # for this seal. Thanks, Ian |

I think the seal he's talking about isn't in that picture. It sounds like he's talking either about the MFI pump or the end of the cam opposite from the chain box.
