What do you call this part?

Will be painting the beast soon and want to replace some of the rubber parts as I go....specifically the rubber 'moulding' just beneath the lip of the front hood and between it and the bumper. Mine is showing areas of bubbles and/or detachment. What is the name for this part so I know what to order.

Thanks

C-505-187-01 in the Pelican catalogue. That thing is pricey, ain't it? That would give me motivation to start a backdate project.

Any suggestions on that? What sorta back date are you speaking of? Sounds like it could be interesting.

I think he was referring to a backdate to pre-74 bumpers, which lack the smile, and have a longer hood, cleaner look, and better aerodynamics. Seeminly just all-around better (although Zeke may be biased)!

Thanks for the explanation. Sure that's what he meant but sounds VERY expensive to do. Think I'll have to pass this time. Paint will set me back a bunch as it is.
