Mike, unrelated question....

Those tall "evergreens", what are they called? I've been trying to find pics to see if I can get them for around my pool. I recall many a movie with these lining the driveways of Cali mansions (actually they were a bit taller).

BTW, They look similar to a Emerald Green Aborvites.

Mike,

Nice stable. It is clear you are a stickler for originality and correctness.

Frankenstealth is my favorite. I've always had a soft spot for outlaw 356's.

Brooke

PS. The muffler should be there Friday or Monday. I sent you the tracking info.

The removable steering wheel is certainly an improvement (not to mention the six ). I bet now you can walk right in and sit down.

YeeeHAW... it's always good to see another "Typ-R" teener back in action.

The muffler and watershields were a good call...I'm guessing that you're already really popular w/ the neighbors so a 110dB 914 zinging around the 'hood prolly would not go over very well...

You got it up to 7000 rpm while going through the neighborhood?

How does the V8 teener compare to the 3.6SC and the -6?

Frankenstealth is looking good, BTW

We have a L O N G hill coming up from the valley to the Mesa in Santa Barbara that you can hit 80mph on if you are carefull of the cops and there is no traffic.....

Hmmm, how do they compare....well the V8 isn't as tossable....pretty stock bland suspension.....good straight line accleration....I am building a LSD 901 with an H gear for lower rpms on the freeway....hopefully it will allow ALL the HP to get down at once during a launch.

the 3.6 is my favorite....well sorted out and my daily driver.

the 914/6 is probably going to be real fun....I just don't have enuff seat time....I figure 180hp with 1800lbs....should be fun.

Zeke got it pretty close......we will put it on the scales to see how balanced it is...Ingo borrows a set from work....then some decent rubber....the slicks on it are a little old and are kinda greasy...
